Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FTPull, FTPush, and FTPSuite (collectively "the Apps"), macOS applications developed by Ferran ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License

Upon purchase of an active subscription or lifetime license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the purchased app(s) on the number of Mac computers included in your plan.

System requirements: Our apps are exclusively compatible with macOS 13 (Ventura) or later on Apple Silicon or Intel Macs. They are not available for Windows, Linux, or any other operating system.

2. Purchase and payment

Our apps are sold as annual subscriptions or lifetime licenses. Before subscribing, you can try any app free for 14 days — no credit card required. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy and renews automatically for annual plans. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date. Prices may change, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.

3. Trial and refund policy

All apps include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Once you purchase and activate your license, the sale is final and no refunds are issued. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period before purchasing.

4. Updates

Annual subscriptions include all updates released during the active period. Lifetime licenses include all updates for the major version purchased. If your subscription lapses, you will lose access to the app.

5. Support

We provide email support at support@ftpsuite.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days. Support is provided in English, Spanish, and Catalan.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all FTP servers or configurations.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Apps, including any data loss from file transfers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant app.

Our apps operate entirely locally on your Mac. We do not collect, store, or transmit your files, credentials, or usage data. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

FTPull, FTPush, FTPSuite, including their code, design, logos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of the developer. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Apps and delete all copies.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Mac App Store

If you obtained any of our apps through the Mac App Store, these Terms are supplementary to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
